🥹 Hold Me Behold You

The beauty of being with you

Seeing your smile

Your joy

Your beauty

Your radiance

Your peace

The way your glorious eyes meet mine

Leave me so naked and exposed

Overwhelming vulnerability

I want more but can't take it

Intoxicating

I hate, I hate that I have to look away

Don't let me, next time I try to

Sieze my head and hold it

Hold me, so I can't look away from you

Because your beauty, our connection, your care, your purity and the truth of this moment

Is such that I cannot bear to keep looking

But I want to, so badly

Help me

Help me to keep eye contact

Even if the tears fill my eyes

And I don't know why I'll fear I can't stop weeping with emotion

Don't let me go

Hold me

Because I want to behold you

I want to be brave

My heart

Give me courage

In the thunder of my chest

My chest's heart

Even as I write

For even as I write, I face

I stand on the threshold of the breaking ocean I long

So greatly to step into

Hold me

Hold me

Hold me

And make me behold you

Do not let me look away

Hold me for I need to behold you

And please

Please

Please

Don't release

My face
